Typically, our compounds are processed within 1-2 days. Some notable exceptions include -  when ingredients are not in stock, we need to reach out to your prescriber for refills. 

Of course, our staff member will contact you once we receive your form, to inform you of the cost. We will proceed with your order after approval is received. 

No, we do not accept returns of compounded medications due to state laws.
