Suggested Use
Adults, Adolescents, and Children (1 year old and older): 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) 1 time per day.
Caution
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.
